This Privacy Policy explains how Framerbitz ('we', 'us') collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Framerbitz plugin, code components, and related services (the 'Service').

Who this applies to

This policy covers two types of users:

Vendors — people who install the Framerbitz plugin and run a store on their Framer site.
Buyers — people who purchase products through a vendor's store.

Information we collect

From vendors

Email address, for your subscription and account
Your published site URL
Your Stripe account ID, created via Stripe Connect
Product information you choose to sync, such as name and price

From buyers

Email address and shipping address, collected by Stripe at checkout
Order contents and totals

Framerbitz does not collect or store payment card details. All payments are processed directly by Stripe.

How we use information

To operate your store: create products and prices in your connected Stripe account, process checkouts, and send order confirmation emails to buyers and vendors.
To manage subscriptions and billing for the Framerbitz plugin.
To provide support when you contact us.

Cart data

Items added to a buyer's cart are stored locally in their browser and are not sent to our servers until checkout begins.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Framerbitz:

Stripe — payment processing, vendor payouts, and subscription billing.
Supabase — storage of vendor account and configuration data.
Resend — sending order confirmation emails.
Vercel — hosting our backend services.
Framer — the plugin platform and your published site.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data retention

We retain vendor account information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. Order data is retained by Stripe and your connected account according to Stripe's own retention policies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing orders@framerbitz.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date above.
