Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your use of the Framerbitz plugin, code components, and related services (the ‘Service’), provided by Framerbitz (‘we’, ‘us’). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Framerbitz is a plugin for Framer that adds a shopping cart and checkout to your site, using Stripe Connect to process payments directly into your own Stripe account.

2. Subscription and fees

Framerbitz offers two subscription plans: Studio at $9/month with a 2% platform fee per order, and Storefront at $19/month with a 1% platform fee per order. Stripe processing fees apply separately. Access to the Framerbitz plugin requires an active subscription to one of these plans.
In addition to your subscription, Framerbitz charges a per-order application fee, deducted automatically via Stripe: 2% on the Studio plan and 1% on the Storefront plan.
Stripe’s own processing fees are separate from, and in addition to, the Framerbitz subscription and application fee, and are charged directly by Stripe to your connected account.
You can switch between plans at any time from within the plugin. Plan changes are prorated automatically by Stripe.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from within the plugin. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Your Stripe account

You are responsible for maintaining your Stripe account in good standing, including providing any information Stripe requires to enable payouts. Framerbitz is not a party to the payment relationship between you and your buyers, and does not hold or transmit your funds.

4. Vendor responsibilities

As a vendor using Framerbitz, you are responsible for:

The accuracy of your product listings, pricing, and stock levels
Fulfilling orders and providing customer support to your buyers
Handling refunds, returns, and payment disputes via your Stripe account
Complying with applicable consumer protection, tax, and data protection laws in the jurisdictions you sell to

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Framerbitz to sell illegal goods or services, or in any way that violates Stripe’s terms of service or acceptable use policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided ‘as is’. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framerbitz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales, lost profits, or disputes with buyers.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
